"I have been with Lori a while. She has absolutely been a stalwart ally when something doesn't quite work as smoothly as it should when dealing with a claims process. The employees that generally handle everything at State Farm are bound to work within certain parameters that leave you in a challenging situation. I am on disability so I rarely have the funds available when things go awry. Lori has went to bat for me several times. After being told you are about to be left without rental assistance before you are ready is frightening but Lori has been there every time. The most recent problem developed and she was able to get my rental extended by a week. She did so not by harassing anyone but by showing she genuinely cared about me. She has a kindness that is very charismatic while also having a truly intuitive understanding of the issue at hand. The stress relieved by the results of her efforts on my behalf are boundless.
